A couple of weeks ago my family took a field trip to the Arboretum. When we first got there, we got our pictures taken by my parents. I liked that.
Then we went into a big building and I saw a log with a speaker in it. We got a backpack filled with things to learn about what was there at the Arboretum.
We went out and looked at a few nut trees. There were Almond, Walnut and Cashew trees that I saw.
After that, I drew some pictures of trees and then went off to go run and play with my brothers and sisters. Here is a picutre of me and my little brother in a tree at the Arboretum.
When we left, we decided we would go out to lunch. We went to Pizza Hut, and I ordered a little cheese and olive pizza. When we were done eating, we went home.
It was fun to learn about the trees and I liked going out to pizza.
